Savvy Games Group joins forces with Unity to unlock new opportunities for game developers in Saudi Arabia

Cologne, Germany – 21 August 2025 – Savvy Games Group announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Unity, a leading platform to create and grow games and interactive experiences, to enable new opportunities and exclusive benefits for game developers in Saudi Arabia.
The MoU will enable qualifying projects and game developer teams in Saudi Arabia to benefit from complimentary access to Unity’s select services, including game backend, analytics and player engagement, advertisements, and multiplayer tools. This offers significant benefits and tangible support to aspiring game developers and studios, helping them keep their operational costs lower while accessing the world-class technology provided by Unity.
Under this partnership, Savvy and Unity will also be working together to promote Unity’s learning content across the domestic ecosystem, providing local game developers with increased access to the right resources from the beginning of their development efforts. With this collaboration, developers in Saudi Arabia can now be better equipped to learn and master Unity’s widely used game engine.
“This is a big deal for startups, small studios, and up-and-coming game developers in our fast-growing ecosystem here in Saudi Arabia. Increased access to Unity’s industry-leading development platform will serve as a powerful catalyst that encourages, enables, and nurtures Saudi-based game developers and strengthen the regional gaming landscape. We are looking forward to working with Unity to bring this partnership to life.”said Dr. Nika Nour, SVP and Head of International Business Development at Savvy Games Group.
Aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the National Gaming and Esports Strategy, this collaboration between Savvy and Unity will enable further organic growth of the domestic game development ecosystem through tangible benefits and new opportunities offered to the existing and upcoming talent in the games sector.
