Savvy Games Group signs an MoU with King Salman Science Oasis and launches Next Gen Games Camp

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 2 July 2026 – Savvy Games Group (“Savvy”) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with King Salman Science Oasis to strengthen collaboration in education, innovation and game development.

To mark the signing, Savvy and King Salman Science Oasis launched the “Next Gen Games Camp” under the theme “From Player to Game Maker.” The interactive summer camp introduces young people to the fundamentals of game design, while helping them develop creative thinking, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

The MoU will support joint initiatives across science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), game development education, talent development programs, and shared events and competitions. It aims to create more opportunities for young people to engage with practical learning experiences linked to science, technology and the games sector.

The partnership reflects Savvy’s commitment to supporting Saudi Arabia’s games ecosystem and developing future talent, while building on King Salman Science Oasis’ role in promoting scientific knowledge, public engagement and future skills. It is aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Gaming and Esports Strategy objectives to build a stronger pipeline of future talent in games, technology and innovation.
